Be yourself

 Be yourself…

And shine in your own little beautiful world,

Enjoy yourself…

And live your life as this is the last day and whatever your heart says,

Do it passionately whatever makes your SOUL happy,

Take care of the most important person of your life

And that’s YOU,

Enjoy the journey called life wholeheartedly,

If there is people to enjoy with you…enjoy with them,

And if no one is there, Enjoy your own company,

That’s the best company you ever have in your life.

Inner engineering program

Last year I attended inner engineering program of Sadhguru. It was really a soul refreshing experience for me and I learnt a lot. It helped me in my spiritual journey. Thank you so much. I am grateful for that.

Specially Thank you! Shivji ❤️🙏
